With 25 years of Brokerage experience, Jonathan Lehman has the skills, experience, and drive for results to get the job done for his clients. He is an outdoor enthusiast who leads a local Friday morning hike to showcase the spectacular scenery in different High Country locales.
Jonathan Lehman has made his home in the western North Carolina High Country for 24 years. A 1992 and 1999 graduate of Wake Forest University, Jonathan has the education and experience necessary to help you with your High Country Real Estate transaction. In 1999, Jonathan started in the Real Estate business in a family firm in Lexington, NC. At the start of his career, he learned the correct ways to conduct his real estate practice. The highest degree of integrity and skill is the hallmark of Jonathan’s approach to business. Working in residential transactions, as well as commercial leasing and development, with training in home building, Jonathan brings a wide range of skills and abilities to assist with your real estate needs. Since moving to the High Country in 2003, Jonathan has been involved in both general brokerage and on-site sales of vacation homes, attaining the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation in 2012. Jonathan holds the Luxury Agent distinction as well as the Green Build designation, in addition to earning the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion certificate from Keller Williams International. Jonathan stands ready to help with all your real estate needs.
JENNIFER McCANDLISH

Since 2001, Jennifer McCandlish has excelled in her role as support staff to Realtors with the singular goal of helping them create lasting relationships with clients, affiliate partners and the community.
She began her real estate career in Vermont, then continued when she moved to Connecticut and then ultimately the western mountains of North Carolina. She is a licensed Realtor. Jenny started in advertising, then quickly moved to an architectural design firm where she managed the community turnover for newly formed private neighborhoods. Working with builders, contractors, specifications, blueprints and buyers and sellers, she learned the myriad complexities of real estate. Each new day brings challenges and triumphs in the job. Helping people get on their way is gratifying because homes are where dreams are dreamt, and families and friends come together.
CHRISTINA BAILEY
Buyer Specialist
Christina Bailey is a dedicated real estate professional who enjoys helping people find homes and land in the High Country. Proud to call Boone home, Christina is deeply connected to the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the warmth of the community.
In addition to her work in real estate, Christina is a licensed massage therapist, a passionate advocate for local food systems, a community organizer, and an active supporter of equitable housing initiatives. Her passions include humans, cats, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and working on projects with other passionate people to create the kind and abundant world that she wants to be a part of.
